NFT OpenSea Creator
My journey as an NFT creator on OpenSea, exploring the intersection of digital art, blockchain technology, and the creative process in the evolving NFT ecosystem.
Making my own NFT collection is one of my outside of school achievements of which I am most proud. My interest in digital design turned into a useful project that brought together technology, coding, and art. I created 3D models using a program called MagicaVoxel and then discovered how to incorporate them into blockchain-based systems. In addition to creative work, this required learning the technical skills necessary to properly format and upload the assets.
During this project I learned how to use technology as a tool for creative expression as well as digital ownership, blockchain's place in the art world, and how technology is changing how people engage with media and art. In addition to the technical aspects, I developed the ability to communicate my work to others and clearly explain the my ideas. This process provided me with skills that I still use in new projects and served as a useful introduction to creativity, technology, and entrepreneurship.
