Volunteer Program with Teens for Action
Recently, began my work with Teens in Action, an organization based in Madrid that integrates hands-on community service work and reflection
This January, I joined a volunteer program, Teens in Action, a small organization in Madrid dedicated to empowering young people to create positive change in their communities. The program is structured as an intensive 4-week course, where we combine learning and reflexion meetings with hands-on community service. During these meeting we are learning about social issues affecting our city: from food insecurity to educational inequality, and developing practical skills in project management, teamwork, and community reach.
Throughout the program, I'm working alongside other students, supporting vulnerable communities in Madrid. The program is challenging me to step outside my comfort zone and engage directly with people from different backgrounds and circumstances.
